The dial provided me with another chance to speculate on the origin of this board. Notice that the 0 is at the bottom of the dial. This is commonly seen in Automatic Electric dials, whereas Western Electric dials have the 0 further to the right and the finger stop higher.
Aha! I was right. In the guts of the dial is stamped the Automatic Electric logo. Finally some hard proof to back up my suspicions.
